Exceptional service in the tunnel of La croix Rousse ...

The chef made a service in an ephemeral restaurant ...

 

On Saturday, January 24th 2015, the restaurant did his service in the Croix Rousse tunnel ... that was laid out on 1.7km around ephemeral restaurants and many activities during the International Biennial of taste.

 

Guillaume Mallet, head chef at the restaurant made the service by Chief Jerome Rochey, L'atelier des chefs, in London.

They were pleased to participate to this exceptional event in a special setting.
